Cloudnest Wayvyn is an AI itinerary drafting and travel planning product operated for Cloudnest Travel users. In this policy, "Cloudnest," "Wayvyn," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Cloudnest Travel operator responsible for this website and related first-stage web and H5 surfaces.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• Travel planning inputs, such as destinations, dates, party size, budget, mobility preferences, interests, and itinerary edits.
• Account and session information, such as login identifiers, platform session data, entitlement status, referral codes, and subscription state.
• Usage and diagnostic data, such as pages viewed, feature events, API responses, device/browser information, IP-derived region, logs, and error reports.
• Support and receipt data that you submit, such as Ko-fi or PayPal transaction references used for entitlement review.
• Advertising and consent signals, including cookie/local-storage choices, consent strings, ad request metadata, and ad fill/error state.

Do not enter passport numbers, full payment card details, government ID numbers, medical records, passwords, or other sensitive information into itinerary prompts. If you include that information anyway, it may be processed to answer or secure your request.

• Generate, revise, save, and display AI itinerary drafts.
• Operate account, subscription, referral, entitlement, and support workflows.
• Measure reliability, prevent abuse, debug failures, and protect the service.
• Show advertising, measure ad delivery, and respect consent choices where required.
• Maintain audit records for billing, support, security, and compliance.

4. AI providers and travel limitations

Cloudnest Wayvyn may send travel prompts, generated plan context, and related diagnostic information to server-side AI providers and infrastructure providers. Provider keys are not exposed in the browser. AI itinerary drafts can contain assumptions. Verify opening hours, transit, weather, visa or entry rules, prices, accessibility, and suitability before departure.

First-stage Cloudnest Wayvyn does not provide confirmed bookings, live inventory, locked prices, travel deposits, supplier fulfillment, invoices, visa advice, legal advice, medical advice, insurance advice, emergency advice, or child-supervision advice.

5. Advertising, cookies, and consent

We use Google AdSense on eligible web and H5 surfaces. Google and its ad partners may use cookies, local storage, device identifiers, IP-derived region, browser information, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other supported regions, we may show a Google consent management message through AdSense Privacy & messaging. That message asks for choices about personalized ads and related processing. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service stage, but no internet service is completely secure.
