Try the free planner first. Subscribe only if you want more H5 AI planning credits, saved drafts, share links, and image credits during the beta. If you need a confirmed booking, supplier quote, invoice, refund promise, or travel-service fulfillment, do not use this membership as that confirmation.

Use Plus for one active family trip draft. Use Pro for longer drafts, multiple destinations, or heavier revision loops. If activation is pending after checkout, do not buy the same tier again. Reopen Cloudnest with the same browser, Telegram, LINE, Kakao, or Web session used before checkout when possible; if you changed device or account, support uses the transaction ID to match the purchase.

Subscription FAQ

• What happens on Ko-fi? Ko-fi shows and charges the membership tier; Cloudnest uses the verified Ko-fi payment only to activate planning credits.
• Does Ko-fi know my Cloudnest session? Not reliably. Return to Cloudnest with the same browser, Telegram, LINE, Kakao, or Web session when possible, and keep the checkout session plus transaction ID for matching.
• How do I change or cancel? Manage cancellation, payment-method changes, refunds, plan changes, and billing-period changes in Ko-fi / PayPal. Cancel or manage the old membership first to avoid duplicate subscriptions.
• If the external Ko-fi tier page is abbreviated, use the Cloudnest Subscription or Credits page as the full terms source before paying.
• If credits are pending, do not buy the same tier again. Pending is not a failed payment and not a second checkout prompt; submit only the Ko-fi or PayPal transaction ID for manual receipt review.
• What happens if payment is failed, voided, reversed, disputed, or refunded? Cloudnest does not grant or keep paid credits for inactive or reversed payments, and new paid-credit generation can be held until the Ko-fi / PayPal membership is active again.
• Can Cloudnest support cancel or refund Ko-fi? No. Support can match checkout session and transaction ID to entitlement status, but cancellation, refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, and payment-method changes stay in Ko-fi / PayPal.
• Yearly tiers use a yearly entitlement cycle in the current beta, not hidden monthly credit top-ups.

• Credits are consumed by accepted generation, revision, and image requests shown in Cloudnest usage; unused credits do not roll over after the active entitlement cycle ends.

What is not included

Paid access does not create travel bookings, price locks, inventory holds, refunds, invoices, supplier settlement, or fulfillment guarantees. It also does not include a human travel concierge, supplier negotiation, booking support, visa/safety/legal review, payment dispute or chargeback handling, or guaranteed manual-review response time.

How activation works

Payment opens on Ko-fi. Benefits activate after the Ko-fi webhook confirms payment or after manual receipt review. If credits do not activate automatically, keep the checkout session and submit only the Ko-fi or PayPal transaction ID from the receipt. The receipt by itself is proof for review, not active product access, and not a hotel, flight, ticket, activity, supplier quote, invoice, refund, or travel-service confirmation. Pending means Cloudnest is waiting for Ko-fi or receipt review, not that you need a duplicate purchase. Reopen Cloudnest with the same browser, Telegram, LINE, Kakao, or Web session used before checkout when possible; if you changed device or account, support uses the transaction ID to match the purchase.

Billing, cancellation, and support

Monthly and yearly plans are Ko-fi membership billing periods. Manage cancellation, payment-method changes, and refund requests in Ko-fi / PayPal. Credits are a planning allowance, not stored value, a gift card, or a travel booking deposit. Unused planning credits and image credits do not roll over after the active entitlement cycle ends. Cloudnest activates credits only after verified Ko-fi payment; failed, voided, reversed, disputed, or refunded payments do not grant or keep credits. Cloudnest support cannot cancel, refund, change Ko-fi billing, handle payment disputes or chargebacks, or provide travel-service fulfillment; use Ko-fi / PayPal for those billing actions. Manual receipt review only matches payment evidence to entitlement state and is not a guaranteed support response time or fulfillment SLA. AI itinerary drafts can contain assumptions and are not legal, medical, safety, insurance, immigration, emergency, or child-supervision advice. Do not submit card numbers, passwords, verification codes, DeepSeek keys, API keys, provider tokens, or the Ko-fi verification token.
